Architecture for Humanity came to us with a highly-customized site they had built with an early version of Drupal. However, when the site was launched many features were not functioning properly or working as they desired. Additionally, the lack of on-going maintenance of the contributed modules they used provided little flexibility to move forward with further development.

Since the Open Architecture Network website was the key tool for communication among the members of the network and the organization, AFH needed to resolve this impasse to move forward. The desire was to rebuild the website using the latest version of Drupal, paving the way for additional community-built functionality in the future.
CivicActions' team worked with Architecture for Humanity to develop a plan for the upgrade after reviewing their module list and investigating the customizations that had been made on the original website
